L&M’s standard residential driveway sizes are Small, Medium, Large and Long. If you know your driveway size, include it in your request. If you are unsure, leave it for L&M’s review.
Properties that do not reasonably fit the standard sizes require an on-field estimate. Final pricing is subject to owner review of the property and service requirements.

Driveway salt application may be requested separately from plowing.
Plowing + Salt
Driveway plowing plus one salt application per service visit. Base service covers 0–6 inches of snowfall.
5-Push Plowing Plan
Includes up to 5 pushes. Plowing only; salt is not included. Every 6 inches is one push deducted, even in the same storm.
Seasonal Plowing
Seasonal residential driveway plowing. Plowing only; salt is not included.
Seasonal Plowing + Salt
Seasonal plowing plus up to 10 salt applications. Additional salt applications are priced separately.
Snow Service Terms
Each 6 inches of snow accumulation counts as one visit. Return plowing visits during the same storm are 1/2 price. On the 5-Push Plowing Plan, every 6 inches counts as one push deducted, including multiple pushes during the same storm.
Snow plowing pricing may be based on total snow accumulation and actual service conditions, not solely on the number of visits made to the property. During heavier snowfall, additional visits may be necessary.
If accumulated snow is cleared during a single visit, the applicable snow-depth pricing may still apply because deeper accumulation requires additional time, equipment effort, and wear.
Weather conditions—including rain, melting, changing temperatures, or changing accumulation—may affect the number of visits required. L&M Cut and Plow may review unusual service conditions to determine the appropriate charge.

Commercial snow removal is also a priority for L&M. We are fully insured for commercial work and offer snow shoveling and 24/7 emergency snow service. Commercial properties require an on-field estimate. Contact L&M to discuss your commercial property or emergency snow-service needs.
